I have been working as a Coach and HR Consultant since 2013, dealing with personal, Organizational development, and psychology for 20 years. I live in Skopje and have previously lived in various other parts of the world.

I have been guided with my personal growth prior to working on others; on individual and group level. I constantly learn, grow, develop and share that knowledge with others. I have an MA degree on HR Management with Specialization on Authentic Leadership and Positive Psychological Capital.

I have been certified with the NLP Capital Coaching program and gained the certification on pertinent training programs (Master NLP Practitioner). Furthermore, I am a Specialist on psychotherapy and Adviser on Organizational management. I have also obtained a Diploma in Organizational Transactional Analysis, which qualifies me to conduct transactional analysis in organizational processes and deliver pertinent sessions.

I am experienced in identifying the needs of employees at different levels, evaluate, profile, plan and make appropriate interventions and changes both at the individual level and at Organizational level, to foster positive changes.

I work as a coach on both individual and team levels, and as a trainer on development, interpersonal skills, communication and Emotional Intelligence.

I have been an experienced coach and trainer, have worked with numerous Organizations on the above over 10 years, built skills in building appropriate approach and techniques for the needs of organizations, leaders and employees.
